Making a cartoon model into a Toon Shader #Godot3.x

Select Mesh to make Toon Shader, then create Material and set
Parameter>Diffuse Mode : Toon
Parameter>Specular Mode : Toon
Albedo : Select Color
Metallic>Specular : 0.3 or slide appropriate value
Roughness : 0.2 or slide appropriate value
Next Pass : Create Material and set (Cartoon Line)
Next Pass>Flags>UnShaded : On
Next Pass>Parameter>Cull Mode : Front
Next Pass>Parameter>Grow : On
Next Pass>Parameter>Grow Amount : 0.05 or slide value select thickness of cartoon line
Next Pass>Albedo>Color select color of line
